Nothing gets by Diane. We say she’s got eyes like a hawk and a memory like an elephant. Even as intense as her work ethic is, Diane is our rock because she’s always calm and collected.
Plus, she has a standout sense of humor that can lighten the mood even in a stressful situation. Clients respond to that calming presence and instantly feel comfortable with her.
We also say—in the best possible way—that Diane is a “know-it-all.” She recalls every detail of client conversations. She remembers names, dates, movies, music. Let’s say she’d be your star partner on trivia night.
Diane’s been part of Hall Capital for over 15 years, coordinating our day-to-day functions, supporting clients, insuring quality control and handling the firm’s relationship with Schwab. She earned her B.A. from Simmons College and is a big DIYer. She and her husband have practically rebuilt their home and did all the landscaping too.
